What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting line managers with day-to-day HR queries across production and office teams
- Helping manage employee relations cases, including absence, performance, and conduct
- Ensuring HR processes are followed consistently in a fast-moving environment
- Keeping HR systems, documentation, and records accurate and up to date
- Getting involved in engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Working closely with managers to navigate challenges like shift patterns, attendance, and workforce planning
- Learning how HR supports operational performance in a manufacturing setting
