This role offers the chance to lead HSE initiatives across a small but rapidly growing food manufacturer in East Anglia, making a real impact across the wider group.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop a network of Safety Champions, embedding a strong safety culture across the business.
  • Take ownership of hazard analysis, risk assessments, and key safety projects with site leadership.
  • Work closely with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Sustainability team to improve environmental performance and support greener operations.
  • Inspire and manage a small team, including 3 direct reports, ensuring high engagement and morale.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG environments (ideal).
  • NEBOSH Certificate (essential); Diploma (advantageous).
