Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Knowledge of locks/products, especially Banham (preferred not essential).
- Experience with PSO / FSM systems (preferred not essential).
- Experience delivering fantastic customer service within an operational environment.
- Good geographical knowledge of the Southeast, Inner and Greater London.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong diary management skills.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Can prioritise and plan work under pressure to meet deadlines.
