We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Support team on a 6 month FTC with possibility of extension subject to business needs. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote 1st line IT support. Working closely across the wider Banham Group to manage tickets via the Support desk logging system and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, problem solving, troubleshooting and have great communication and teamwork skills., Your experience in a similar role will give you the transferrable skills to:

Provide onsite and remote 1st line IT support

Manage tickets via the Support desk logging system and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.

Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries

Troubleshoot various IT issues such as Office 365 applications, Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Phones, Printers and Networking.

Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile phones.

Administer User Accounts on Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange, One Drive, MS Teams and Business applications

Escalate issues to Third Party vendor or Internal IT Tech teams

Publish and Maintain support documentation
