We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Support team on a 6 month FTC with possibility of extension subject to business needs. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote 1st line IT support. Working closely across the wider Banham Group to manage tickets via the Support desk logging system and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, problem solving, troubleshooting and have great communication and teamwork skills. Who are we?
