Join our most prestigious and leading Security company as an Installation & Service Engineer. Banham is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and dedicated Fire and Security engineer to join our established engineering team in Swindon. This is a field engineering role to respond to both pre-arranged and emergency response calls.
As a highly skilled and dedicated Security & Fire System Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to ensure the ongoing functionality and reliability of our customers' security systems. These roles require strong technical expertise of various Fire, intruder alarm and CCTV systems, alongside working in the field combined with excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.

We are keen to connect with engineers that have a passion for what you do, a drive to go above and beyond, and able to deliver excellent customer service putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do. Combined with a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Security Service Engineer with various security systems.
- Proficiency in servicing and maintaining intruder alarm systems whilst also having some knowledge of broader electronic security systems: CCTV, entry and access control systems and fire alarms.
- Evidence Problem-Solving: Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems, including identifying faults, conducting repairs, and restoring functionality in a timely manner.
- Can recommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security in accordance with client requirements.
- Monitor alarm signals and alerts from customer sites, investigate any triggered alarms, and take appropriate action to address potential security threats.
