We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager with 10+ years of strategic marketing experience to lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that elevate our brand and drive customer engagement and revenue growth. What can you bring to Banham?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and contribute to evolving our brand positioning as we head toward the 2026 re-brand.
- Budget Ownership: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead direct reports, fostering collaboration, creativity, and growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business priorities.
- Performance Marketing and Reporting: Develop, track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools with agencies and team.
- Agency Management: Support the management of PR agencies and contribute to campaign development.
What we are looking for (The Must Have's)
- 10+ years’ marketing experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience working on a luxury or premium brand in the UK market.
- Proven ability to lead and empower teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinker with a track record of executional excellence.
- Experience managing ATL and BTL communications.
- Experienced in leading agencies.
- Strong background in product launch strategy and execution.
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with performance marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management capabilities.
- Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Collaborative, highly organised, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent storyteller and communicator, able to inspire internal and external stakeholders.
It would also be great if you have:
- An understanding and experience working with British heritage brands.
- Experience supporting or overseeing PR agency management and campaigns.
- Experience launching new products.
