We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team as we celebrate our Centenary and shape the future of a trusted British heritage brand. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to translate insight and strategy into high‑quality, engaging creative. Your work will elevate how customers experience our brand online, in print, across social and campaign channels and throughout our internal communications. From digital assets and motion graphics to crafted design systems and thoughtful storytelling, your output will play a key part in ensuring Banham feels consistent, confident, and unmistakably ours.

What will you be doing?

No day is the same at Banham, and this role offers a wide variety of creative challenge. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll deliver visually engaging work across digital, social, motion, and campaign content - elevating the brand while producing high‑performing creative at speed and scale. You’ll play an active role in shaping our evolving visual output, making this the ideal role for someone confident, adaptable, craft‑driven, and excited by work that’s both beautifully executed and commercially effective all whilst:

  • Creating clear, accessible, and visually engaging designs across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Evolving and enhancing our website visuals while staying true to Banham’s heritage and brand identity
  • Developing distinctive brand and digital campaign assets, including motion graphics, animated elements and HTML5 ads
  • Producing motion graphics and animations for ads, videos, presentations, and wider storytelling
  • Generating design‑led ideas informed by product messaging, insights, and campaign objectives
  • Supporting creative delivery across paid media, organic social and Email/CRM
  • Building scalable design systems, templates, and processes to support efficient creative output
  • Maintaining organised files, ready‑to‑use assets, and smooth workflows for seamless collaboration
  • Being up to date with emerging tools, trends, and technologies to keep our visual style fresh and relevant

You’re a creative, detail‑driven Graphic Designer who brings fresh ideas while honouring an established brand identity. You thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and bring positive energy, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to every project, as well as:

  • Being organised and adaptable, you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and enjoy contributing to a supportive, cross‑functional team. You care deeply about craft and take pride in producing thoughtful, impactful designs that elevate the brand
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high quality illustrations, graphics, motion, and digital campaign work
  • Experience working with luxury, premium, or British heritage brands is highly desirable
  • Experience using Dot Digital is a bonus
  • Fluent in industry-standard design tools (including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) and time management tools
  • A genuine curiosity for emerging trends, technologies, and new ways of working
  • Confident working independently or collaboratively, asking the right questions, solving problems and maintaining meticulous attention to detail (even under pressure)
  • A related degree or qualification in design is required but your craft, capability, and mindset matter most

N.B: This role has a 37.5 hr working week, between 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), and offers a Hybrid working model (3 days in the Office, 2 days working from home).
