Software Engineering Director – Full stack, Agile, Insurance
Exciting long-term contract role available for an executive Software Engineering Director (Full Stack) to join our dynamic financial services organisation. The role will involve setting the strategic vision and roadmap for the Software Development function working as part of the executive leadership team.
Suited candidates will have solid experience in having worked at executive board level. You will be a technologist with a deep and broad Full Stack Software Development background with a proven track record in building world-class agile Software Development Teams. You will ideally have strong specific Insurance/Reinsurance domain experience. You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in leading, inspiring, and influencing Software Development teams and 3rd party strategic partners to deliver, for mutual benefit.
The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar leadership role for another Insurance/Financial Service organisation and will be keen to now apply lessons learnt into another global organisation. This role will provide you with the autonomy to fully own execution.
