Service Owner/Manager - Digital, Development, KPIs, SLA, ITIL, Agile, Hybrid 780 SC Cleared12 months with possible extension We are seeking experienced professionals to lead the strategy and delivery of digital services within a dynamic environment. focusing on AI and data management or Engineering and R&T Data.
Reallocation across portfolios may occur as needed. responsible for the end-to-end management and governance of these services.
Responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the services to the required standards and changing needs of the business.
Act as the escalation point of contact for your IT Digital Services.
Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement multi-service strategies aligned with business needs.
Oversee end-to-end management, governance, and continuous improvement of services.
Act as the escalation point and monitor service quality.
Build stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
Manage service change priorities in an agile manner.
Requirements: Proven experience in developing and managing digital service strategies.
Lifecycle management of multiple IT services.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with resource models, SLAs, and performance management.
ITIL Level 3 certification and agile experience.
