We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HRMS EBS Enterprise Architect to lead our HRMS and E-business Suite initiatives, ensuring scalable and efficient enterprise solutions. As an Oracle HRMS EBS Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Oracle HRMS and E-business Suite architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions that align with business objectives, ensure system integration, and optimise HR and enterprise processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designed and architected Oracle HRMS and EBS solutions to support business requirements
- Lead the integration of Oracle HRMS with other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and documentation
- Provide technical leadership for implementation and upgrade projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system roadmaps and strategies
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimisation
- Mentor technical teams and oversee system troubleshooting and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS and EBS Enterprise Architect or similar role
