Overview
In this role you will design and implement technical Salesforce CRM solutions on an inflight brownfield project, owning high- and low-level design artefacts and end-to-end architecture documentation. You will shape scalable, reliable CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, collaborating in an Agile/DevOps environment. Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure, low-code approaches, and public sector projects is valuable. A suite of Salesforce Architect Certifications is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) on brownfield initiatives
- Produce HLD and LLD design artefacts
- Document end-to-end technical architecture, APIs and data models
- Lead both functional and technical aspects of the Salesforce solution
- Assess and design for scalable, reliable infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments
- Work in an Agile/DevOps context to deliver iteratively
- Leverage low-code technologies where appropriate
- Engage with public sector projects and stakeholders when relevant
Key requirements
- Extensive experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions across legacy and modern environments
- Strong ability to architect and document technical solutions, APIs and data models
- Experience with cloud, on-prem, PaaS/IaaS/SaaS and low-code technologies
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps software development practices
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (relevant)
- Ability to lead architecture work and coordinate across teams
- Public sector Salesforce implementation experience is desirable
