Our client within the public sector seeks a proven Product/Service Owner to play a key role in transforming the current operational system through innovative digital services. Deliver services that meet the Government Digital by Default Standard, ensuring they are best-in-class for government. Focus on outcomes, balancing stakeholder needs to ensure services are valuable and effective.
Develop and communicate a compelling service vision and roadmap, managing risks while meeting user and business objectives. Represent your service area to senior officials and stakeholders, drawing insights from diverse user, commercial, and service data. Foster a digital-first culture within your team, department, and the wider civil service.
Manage legacy technology within your service area, addressing risks and planning for modernisation. Lead and develop a high-performing team using service design, user-centred, data-driven, cloud-based delivery practices primarily focused on replacing legacy systems.
