Oracle Architect - Payroll, Compliance, Implementations, Public Sector, Mainly Remote, London12 months We are seeking an experienced Oracle Architect specialising in payroll systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our Oracle-based payroll solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle architecture, extensive payroll domain expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Key
Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable Oracle architecture solutions tailored to payroll processing.
Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and data security standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and payroll industry trends.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Oracle Architecture.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud, and related Middleware.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll modules and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
