We are seeking an experienced Oracle Architect specialising in payroll systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our Oracle-based payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle architecture, extensive payroll domain expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable Oracle architecture solutions tailored to payroll processing.
- Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and data security standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
- Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and payroll industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Architect.
