Exciting initial 12-month contract opportunity available for a UKIC DV Cleared Infrastructure Architect with strong secure Cloud experience required. You'll design and develop complex enterprise solutions that make critical national infrastructure systems robust, secure, and fit for purpose. Any experience of having built secure AI solutions is highly desirable but not essential. This role will allow you to gain work on designing innovative secure AI solutions.
Key skills:
- Deep technical experience in network infrastructure architecture, design and solutions consulting, designing large-scale AI, Cloud Data Center in hyperscale networking environments.
- Technical expertise with JunOS, EOS, IOS and hyperscale network architecture frameworks. JNCIE or equivalent certification.
- Deep hands-on expertise with hyperscale routing, MPLS traffic engineering, switching, SDN overlays (EVPN/VXLAN, MP-BGP), Network Fabrics and DCI solutions, network provisioning, automation and monitoring (Apstra, Paragon, NETCONF/REST APIs, YANG).
- Familiarity with major networking silicon, hardware platforms and related software (e.g., Juniper, Arista, Cisco, SONiC, Cumulus etc.).
- SME in virtualisation technologies on x86 and scaling using technologies such as DPDK, SR-IOV, SmartNICs etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated experience designing & developing playbooks for a complex variety of networking products, solutions, tools and services.
The ideal Infrastructure Architect will already be working in another secure environment. You are likely to be seeking a new challenge where you can apply lessons learned over the years, and get the opportunity to work on delivering enterprise innovative new secure AI and Cloud Solutions. As part of this role, you will be given a wide variety of project work that can help you grow and challenge your Infrastructure / Cloud Architecture experience.
This initial 12-month contract will offer hybrid working across the UK. You will work on innovative projects, using the latest technology within a dynamic project team.
