Our client is seeking a proven Design Engineer to lead end-to-end solution design for secrets management and identity services, producing architecture designs aligned with business requirements, standards, and principles. Within the Banking Sector
Key responsibilities
- Design and document secure, reusable solutions and architecture patterns.
- Lead Vault integration troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, monitoring, and service improvements.
- Shape secrets management strategy and influence its future direction.
- Identify and document design decisions, deviations, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Essential experience
- Experience working with HashiCorp Vault, preferably on-premises.
- Experience in Terraform, including building complex modules.
- Strong Vault integration experience across secret engines and authentication methods.
- Experience with enterprise workload identity frameworks.
- Knowledge of federated identity, PAM, and authentication protocols such as Kerberos, OAuth, and SAML.
