Principal Enterprise Architect – Insurance SME

Salary: £70,000.00 – £90,000.00 (annual)

As an experienced Principal Enterprise Architect or Lead Enterprise Architect with deep Insurance domain experience, you will play a pivotal role in helping reform the IT Roadmap for the organisation, ensuring it both aligns with operational needs and is cost-effective while adhering to architectural principles. You will shape the architecture vision and be hands‑on, when required, in delivering the strategic goals and objectives to support the growth ambitions of the organisation.

Suited candidates will have broad architecture experience across Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, and Digital Transformation, and will influence strategy, governance and technology choices – current and future. TOGAF accreditation is helpful, though not essential. You will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, and be comfortable engaging with CxO‑level staff.
