Proven Security Cleared Business Continuity SME required to help our government organisation replace their current IT Tooling for Business Continuity Service Management, and support the organisation to drive continual improvements to their Business Continuity processes.

This role requires expertise in Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity, preferably using ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance Modules.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in Business Continuity & IT Service Continuity planning
  • Experience in implementing BCM software - preferably within a ServiceNow environment
  • Strong understanding of resilience and recovery technologies.
  • Experience in writing technical and business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Membership of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) or equivalent.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or Riskonnect business continuity platforms.
  • Familiarity with public sector or government environments and regulated services.
  • Experience in facilitating continuity exercises and audits.
  • Understanding of IT service management and SLAs.
