You will lead the design and delivery of the organisation's identity as the core security control plane aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Provide cross-programme governance, secure-by-design solutions, and stakeholder leadership.

  • Define target-state IAM architecture: verification, governance, authentication, privileged & citizen identities, federation, NHI/MIM
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring standards compliance and security
  • Embed secure-by-design and risk-based controls
  • Develop identity life cycle, migration, and federation strategies
  • Deliver phased IAM roadmap and stakeholder engagement
