We are looking for two enthusiastic and organised Administrators to join our Student Administration team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, student-focused environment where your contribution will help shape a positive experience for all students at Bangor.

Responsibilities

  • One full-time role (36.25 hours per week) and one part-time role (14.5 hours per week) are preferred, but applications for other variations of part-time hours will be considered.
  • Provide vital administrative support across activities, including managing the assessment and examination processes right through to awards and graduation, as well as support for registration and enrolment.
  • Contribute to the delivery of services in the Hub, dealing with student queries efficiently and professionally, and helping to ensure that every student receives clear, timely, and friendly support.
  • Work as part of a team providing high-quality customer service, handle routine administrative tasks, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be educated to 2 AS Levels or 1 A Level or NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject area (e.g. Customer Service or Business Administration) or possess equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience of dealing with queries and providing information to students and academic staff is essential.
  • The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
