Based in University of South Wales – Treforest Campus
Applications are invited for the above part‑time, fixed‑term post working on a national mentoring programme, responsible for recruiting, delivering, and promoting a national mentoring programme for the academic year 2026-2027, using an existing online mentoring platform. The post holder will be working on the Reaching Wider Project within the Directorate of Marketing, Recruitment and Communications at Bangor University.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting participants for the national mentoring programme.
- Delivering mentoring sessions using the online platform.
- Promoting the programme to target cohorts.
- Working within the Reaching Wider Project.
Qualifications:
- Educated to 2 AS Levels or 1 A level or NVQ level 4 in a relevant subject area.
- Experience of outreach engagement and/or mentoring programmes with Reaching Wider target cohorts in an educational context.
- Desirable ability to communicate in Welsh.
Other requirements:
- Subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
