Applications are invited for two permanent, part time (15 hours per week) Multi Tasked Facilities Operatives working within the Facilities Section of Bangor University.

Duties include:

  • Cleaning
  • Portering
  • Litter picking
  • Waste removal
  • Meeting room set-ups, using appropriate equipment and PPE.

Requirements:

  • Hold a BICSc Licence to Practice Card or a willingness to work towards achieving this within an agreed timeframe.
  • A basic level of literacy with an ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instruction and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate in Welsh or English.
  • Physically fit to undertake the specified duties.
  • Willing to work flexibly as operationally required.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post. The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
