Applications are invited for this part time post (0.5) with Learn Welsh - North West, Bangor University. This post will be available until 31 March 2027 in the first instance.

The duties will include supporting the staff of Holyhead High School to learn Welsh and to gain confidence in the Welsh language, and enable them to be confident to teach through the medium of Welsh.

Candidates should be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) and have extensive teaching experience. The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible after 18 May 2026. Applications from individuals who wish to be seconded will be considered.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post. This post is subject to a satisfactory standard Disclosure & Barring Service check. This role is located in Holyhead High School.
