Bangor University’s Student Experience team is seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual to support the delivery of a high-quality student experience across the University. This is a full-time, permanent position. The standard working week is 36.25 hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for student events and activities.
- Manage and maintain records, systems and databases.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of operational tasks to enhance the student experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education to AS/A Level (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- Ability to plan activities that deliver required outcomes within prescribed timescales and budget.
- Strong communication skills in Welsh essential for this post.
Working Conditions
Location: Campus at Bangor. Through the Dynamic Working framework, there may be an option to work remotely (remaining in the UK) to support work‑life balance, to be discussed with candidates at interview. Part‑time or job share arrangements will also be considered.
