Responsibilities- Provide effective support to location provision across professional programmes.
- Coordinate and manage location services for students and staff.
- Assist in the administration of location resources and facilities.
- Manage scheduling, allocation and utilisation of locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Education: TGAU or NVQ Level III in a relevant subject such as customer service, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong information technology skills, communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in using university systems such as Banner and data set systems is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Welsh are essential.
