Bangor University’s Student Experience team is seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual to support the delivery of a high-quality student experience across the University. This is a full-time, permanent position. The standard working week is 36.25 hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a high-quality student experience across the University.
  • Assist senior staff to a high level, providing administrative and organisational support.
  • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate initiative.
  • Collaborate effectively with the busy student experience team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A* – D, including English and Maths, or NVQ level 1 in a relevant subject area.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to communicate in Welsh (essential).
