Make a difference to the student experience at Bangor University. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration & Business Support Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, student‑focused environment where your contribution will help shape a positive experience for all students at Bangor.

As an Administrative Assistant you will provide vital administrative support across a range of activities that support the Student Administration, Business Support and Compliance functions. We’re looking for someone who has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, who would enjoy working as part of a team providing high-quality customer service.

Candidates should be educated to GCSE level or NVQ level II in an appropriate subject e.g. Customer Service or Business Administration or possess equivalent experience. Previous experience of dealing with queries and providing information to individuals is essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
