Join our team of highly skilled sales professionals to elevate and grow Bang & Olufsen's key store in Bicester Village, UK.
Your mission is to uphold high levels of customer service standards whilst selling the company's full range of products and services to achieve and exceed store and individual sales targets.
More specifically, you will:
- Work in the store to welcome and help customers daily
- Compose and sell Bang & Olufsen and 3rd party products (Solution sales)
- Attend site surveys and home demonstrations as required including before and after normal working hours if necessary
- Attend customer events in the store and at times with local partners, this can be during the day, evenings or weekends
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, activations, events and build the store's customer database with the help of our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Deliver impeccable luxury customer service and professional presentation skills before, during and after the sale has been processed, creating great customer relations and long-term loyalty
- Ensure professional and knowledgeable management of all customer queries taking responsibility to see the query through to the customer's satisfaction
- Take part in training, development and team meetings
- Constantly keep yourselves updated of new product developments, company initiatives, promotional, campaign activity and the interior design world
- Actively participate in the store's overall planning, together with the rest of the team
- Ensure store standards are being kept, as directed by the store manager
We seek someone who can demonstrate an interest in great customer experiences, sound, aesthetics, and high-end designer products. Someone with an understanding and appreciation of the product quality, who can convey this to our customers. We are seeking someone who has minimum 4 years experience within a luxury or premium goods brand, from a store environment, although the right mindset and enthusiasm for retail are just as relevant.
Furthermore, you are:
- Focused on store and personal targets
- Experienced in generating sales leads and growing a pipeline of business
- Have strong presentation skills
- Gregarious, outgoing and have the desire to give great customer service
- Possess great team spirit and a collaborative attitude
- Proven track record of composing and selling advanced A/V systems, including 3rd party products
- Can identify customer requirements, meet their needs and maximize sales, using all the resources available
- Can prepare and present advanced solutions to customers
- Enjoy representing a luxury A/V brand with a high service level, and comfortable with smart dressing
- Experience in the luxury brand/high-end lifestyle sectors or have solution selling experience.
- Fluency in Local Language and English is mandatory, 3rd languages are beneficial
- You must be able to work within the stores scheduled opening hours, including activations that can be outside normal opening hours and at times off site as well
- Clean criminal record and able to document the last 5 years whereabouts
As our new Senior Sales Associate, you will be joining our Bicester Village team who are based in store and consist of a broad array of commercial profiles, account managers and marketing. You will also interact with head office teams in Retail, Training, VM, Store Design, Marketing and Finance.
