Bandwidth, located in London, ENG, GB, is building a dedicated Salesforce Alliance team to win the global contact center market. As Director of Salesforce Alliance Pipeline & Development, you will own and grow Bandwidth's relationship with Salesforce – building the contacts, credibility, and pipeline motion that makes Bandwidth the undisputed carrier of choice for Salesforce's Agentforce contact center platform.

You will be Bandwidth's face to Salesforce's partner and field teams globally, coordinating inbound and outbound lead flow, aligning go-to-market strategy, and managing two field-based direct reports who work the Salesforce event circuit in Europe and North America. This is a high-visibility, externally-facing role that requires deep knowledge of Salesforce's internal structure, the contact center ecosystem, and carrier-grade voice and messaging.

What You’ll Do:

  • SALESFORCE RELATIONSHIP OWNERSHIP
    • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships across Salesforce's partner, alliances, Agentforce, and contact center teams — from individual contributors to executive sponsors.
    • Serve as Bandwidth's primary point of contact for Salesforce's ISV/partner and co-sell programs.
    • Maintain a comprehensive map of Salesforce contacts relevant to contact center, Agentforce, and the carrier partner ecosystem.
    • Facilitate executive engagement between Bandwidth and Salesforce leadership on a regular cadence.
  • PIPELINE GENERATION & LEAD FLOW
    • Drive mutual pipeline between Bandwidth and Salesforce – both generating leads from Salesforce and routing Bandwidth-sourced leads into Salesforce deals.
    • Build and manage a structured lead-exchange process with Salesforce's alliance and field teams.
    • Track and report Salesforce-influenced and co-sell pipeline, maintaining accurate data in CRM.
    • Set pipeline generation targets for the team and hold direct reports accountable.
  • AGENTFORCE CONTACT CENTER STRATEGY
    • Develop and maintain Bandwidth's value proposition for Salesforce's Agentforce contact center – articulating why Bandwidth is the right carrier partner.
    • Understand the competitive landscape in contact center carriers (Twilio, Vonage, NICE, Genesys, Five9, etc.) and keep Salesforce informed of Bandwidth's differentiation.
    • Work with Bandwidth product and marketing teams to ensure Salesforce-relevant content, case studies, and technical documentation are current.
    • Support Salesforce field teams in positioning Bandwidth on active contact center pursuits.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP
    • Manage and develop two Field Alliance Executives (Europe and North America).
    • Coach direct reports on Salesforce's internal contacts, deal mechanics, and co-sell motion.
    • Set quarterly OKRs for the team aligned to Bandwidth's Salesforce partnership goals.
    • Represent the team's results to Bandwidth leadership.
  • EVENTS & EXECUTIVE PRESENCE
    • Plan and execute Bandwidth's presence at Salesforce events: World Tour London, Dreamforce (San Francisco), World Tour New York, and other regional events.
    • Represent Bandwidth at Salesforce partner summits, QBRs, and advisory boards.

What You Need:

  • 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales – ideally in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or carrier/telecom.
  • Direct experience working within or alongside the Salesforce ecosystem (ISV partner, Salesforce employee, or Salesforce-focused sales role).
  • Demonstrable contact network within Salesforce's partner, ISV, or field organization.
  • Deep understanding of the contact center market – platforms, carriers, competitive dynamics.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in London or willing to relocate.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Salesforce's AppExchange ISV program or Salesforce Partner Program.
  • Familiarity with carrier-grade voice, SIP, or CPaaS.
  • Experience at a global communications provider (Twilio, NICE, Genesys, Vonage, 8x8, or similar).
  • Network within the Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein for Service team.

What Success Looks Like — First 12 Months:

  • Deep, active relationships established across Salesforce's partner, Agentforce, and field organization.
  • Structured lead-exchange process in place and generating measurable pipeline.
  • Both direct reports ramped, active at Salesforce events, and running co-sell motions.
  • Bandwidth positioned as the go-to carrier reference for Salesforce contact center deals.
  • Active pipeline attributable to the Salesforce alliance visible in CRM.

The Whole Person Promise:

  • Work laptop & mobile phone with a competitive subscription plan, and an internet allowance to support the costs of the Internet at home.
  • We contribute 8% of your monthly gross salary into your private pension.
