Who We Are: At Bandwidth, we shape how the world connects. We're the global communications software company and Tier 1 network operator with global reach. The voice, messaging, and emergency services infrastructure behind the brands and apps you use every day. Because we own the network we build on, the problems you'll solve here are bigger, more complex, and more impactful. We're experts who speak like humans.

What We Are Looking For: Bandwidth is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net new logo acquisition across complex, high-value enterprise accounts. This is a hunter role at its core - built for someone who thrives on originating and closing six- and seven-figure ARR deals in competitive, technically sophisticated markets. You'll operate at the intersection of CPaaS, CCaaS, and the rapidly evolving CX ecosystem, working closely with channel partners, marketing, and sales development to build and convert pipeline. You'll engage C-level and senior technical buyers, guiding them through cloud migration decisions and helping them understand why Bandwidth's carrier-grade platform is the right foundation for their communications strategy. This role is ideal for someone with 10 years of enterprise sales experience and a deep understanding of the CPaaS, CCaaS, and CX market - including key platform players, partner ecosystems, and the buying dynamics within large enterprise organisations.

What You'll Do:

  • New Logo Acquisition & Pipeline Generation: Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through commercial and contractual close, with a focus exclusively on new logo revenue. Consistently self-source pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, partner-led account mapping, inbound qualification, and collaboration with the Sales Development team. Build and maintain a robust, accurate pipeline with high data integrity; proactively manage forecasting and opportunity hygiene. Execute territory plans that target high-potential enterprise accounts, identifying the right entry points and accelerating deal velocity.
  • Channel Partner Collaboration: Develop and leverage relationships with channel partners to co-source, co-sell, and accelerate new logo opportunities. Map accounts collaboratively with partner organisations to identify mutual pipeline and avoid duplication.
  • Executive Engagement & Deal Leadership: Navigate complex enterprise organisations, building relationships across C-suite, IT, operations, procurement, digital transformation, and CX leadership. Act as a strategic advisor, helping enterprise buyers understand cloud migration options, communication infrastructure decisions, and the long-term value of Bandwidth's platform. Lead complex contract negotiations across legal, security, finance, and procurement stakeholders. Serve as the internal deal orchestrator - aligning resources across Product, Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to structure and close.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation Alignment: Work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to ensure outbound campaigns align with territory priorities. Provide field-level feedback on messaging, positioning, and market signals to inform campaign effectiveness. Leverage marketing-qualified leads alongside self-sourced pipeline to maintain a healthy and diversified funnel.
  • Market & Product Intelligence: Maintain a strong and current understanding of Bandwidth's full product portfolio - voice, 911, messaging, and AI-enabled communications - and how they address enterprise operational and regulatory needs. Stay close to competitor positioning, pricing, and GTM dynamics across CPaaS, CCaaS, and CX markets. Provide informed feedback to internal teams on market positioning, competitive threats, and emerging enterprise buying patterns.

What You Need:

  • Experience in enterprise software, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecom new logo sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota on complex six- and seven-figure ARR deals.
  • Demonstrated experience owning the full sales cycle - from self-sourced prospecting through commercial and contractual close.
  • Proven ability to build and convert pipeline in competitive, technically complex sales environments.
  • Consistent and demonstrable overachievement of sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the CPaaS, CCaaS, and CX market landscape - including key platform players, buying patterns, and enterprise decision drivers. Familiarity with leading enterprise CRM platforms and an understanding of how communications solutions integrate with or complement CRM ecosystems. Solid knowledge of cloud migration dynamics, API-first platform architectures, and how enterprises evaluate and adopt communications infrastructure. Working knowledge of telecom fundamentals, including SIP, PSTN, voice infrastructure, and regulatory considerations such as E911.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional outbound prospecting ability with a track record of self-sourced pipeline generation. Ability to build relationships at director level and above across IT, operations, procurement, digital transformation, and CX functions. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - working effectively with solutions engineering, legal, product, marketing, and partner teams. Commercial acumen and ability to construct and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements.
  • Channel & Partner Experience: Experience collaborating with channel partners to close new logo opportunities. Understanding of how to engage partner organisations as a force multiplier in enterprise sales motions. Act as a trusted and credible partner-facing representative of Bandwidth in joint selling scenarios.
  • Communication & Leadership: Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial value propositions clearly and compellingly at executive level. Strong pipeline and forecast discipline - comfortable operating in a data-driven, CRM-centric sales environment. BS/BA degree or equivalent enterprise sales experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior exposure to Bandwidth's product portfolio or existing relationships with Bandwidth's channel partners.
  • Experience selling into BPO, contact centre, or AI-enabled CX environments.
  • Track record of selling into complex regulated industries where compliance, resiliency, and security are key buying criteria.
  • Experience working alongside or within a structured Channel, Alliance, or Partner sales organisation.
