We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our 28 bed home – Meadow View, catering for elderly resident’s and people living with dementia, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Bandrum Nursing Home, located in the heart of the Fife countryside, is one of the largest care homes in Scotland. We are based between Saline and Dunfermline. With 88 beds spread across two homes, our purpose-built facility provides specialist adult care and elderly care around the clock. We offer a comfortable and homely atmosphere with a range of facilities, nutritious meals, and daily lifestyle activities. Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Nursing Degree of band 6 level.
• Experience in managing care home operations.
• Strong skills in payroll, budgeting, and finance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
