Warehouse Administrator – Ellesmere Port Distribution Centre
Working Hours: Weekend Days (Saturday, Sunday and either Tuesday or Thursday), 06:00 - 19:00.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Administrator to join our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performance distribution and logistics team, a team that plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be supporting our Stock and Systems team with their administration. You will be maintaining accurate records, updating stock reports and ensuring the inbound and outbound loads are correct.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing strong administration support to our Stock and Systems team
- Managing stock locations throughout the warehouse
- Updating internal systems to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicating with various teams around the warehouse
- Providing admin support to other teams as required

We’re after someone who can communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business. The individual must be organised, able to juggle multiple tasks at once and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
