B&M is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Gallagher Retail Park store in Coventry. This hands-on leadership role focuses on stock flow, replenishment, and keeping shelves full and ready for customers.
You’ll lead a small team, coordinate deliveries to the shop floor, and plan stock levels across the store. Flexible availability across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends is required to keep us stocked and running smoothly.
