We\’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join B&B Machinery, representing leading brands Manitou and Brian James Trailers across Lincolnshire.

Location

The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you\’ll be the face of B&B Machinery in a key area covering Grantham to St Neots, and Melton Mowbray to Holbeach.

You\’ll be selling trusted brands including Manitou and Brian James Trailers, while building lasting relationships with customers and delivering tailored machinery solutions to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively visit customers throughout your area, becoming a known and trusted face
  • Understand your clients\’ operations and offer the right solutions
  • Represent the B&B Machinery brand with professionalism and pride
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to machine handover
  • Work towards clear targets to help grow your territory

We\’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused role. You\’ll need to be motivated, confident, and ready to take ownership of your patch, all while being part of a supportive, experienced sales team.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A background in agriculture. Knowledge of machinery and the industry is essential
  • Sales experience (preferred, but not essential for the right individual)
  • A friendly, approachable, and trustworthy personality
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A full UK driving licence
