The Role
As Assistant Brand Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team in executing consumer and trade marketing activities. You will be key in supporting the brand team with the successful launch of exciting new brands, licenses, and products. You will also have your own small portfolio of brands to manage. This is a fabulous opportunity for a junior marketeer to work on some iconic brands in a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Brand Managers in the development and delivery of key projects and assets as required.
- Effectively and regularly communicate and share information with internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support the sales team with retail presentations.
- Management of brand data and input into company reporting systems.
- Working with agencies to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Regular review and reporting of Circana market analytics.
- Support the brand team with the maintenance of the product showroom.
- Assist with the organisation of trade and consumer exhibitions plus attendance where required.
- Management of the social media calendar and uploads for corporate social pages.
- Support management of the marketing budget.
The Person
The ideal candidate should have product marketing experience, ideally with a background in toys, consumer products, or entertainment.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels, as well as being a team player.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

- Experience of working with Photoshop/InDesign/Adobe Illustrator.
- A strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
