Purpose of the Role
Support the smooth, safe, and profitable operation of the site by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and leading the team when the Resort Amusements Manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    Provide friendly, helpful service to all guests. Handle queries and first-stage complaints professionally. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Operational Duties
    Supervise the site in the Manager’s absence. Work across all departments (floor, prize shop, attractions). Report machine faults and complete replenishment tasks. Manage cash, tokens, floats, and end-of-week banking. Complete rotas, timesheets, stock checks, and paperwork accurately. Open and close the site following company procedures.
  • Team Leadership
    Support, train, and guide team members. Conduct team chats, interviews, and performance discussions. Ensure staff follow uniform, cleaning, and operational standards.
  • Compliance & Safety
    Enforce licensing, gambling, and health & safety regulations. Ensure all incidents and accidents are recorded correctly. Keep back-office areas secure and follow all company policies.
