Main Duties:
- Carry out cleaning duties as instructed
- Complete opening, during and closing checklists
- Complete relevant daily paperwork including fridge temperatures and food record temperatures
- Carry out replenishment tasks i.e. refilling fridges, re-stocking, prepping
- Help receive deliveries
- Sign relevant training sheets
- Cooking of food
- Back section cooking
- Working on the pass
- Leading a team
- Working orders from overheads
- Vent cleaning
- Record wastage
- Communicating with front of house colleagues and other staff members
- Any additional instructions given by senior colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all duties as trained
- Follow all policies and procedures as trained
- Ensure all paperwork that you are responsible for is correctly completed
- Always adhere to all Health and Safety legislation
- Always adhere to all Food and Hygiene legislation
- Always adhere to all Food Allergy legislation
- Always adhere to Emergency Evacuation and or Lockdown procedures
- To report any incidents and accidents to management straight away
- You must be always clean and tidy in your appearance
- Develop a good working relationship between your colleagues and management
- Cleanliness of the kitchen
