We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our warehouse team as a Stores Warehouse Operative. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing arcade machine parts, processing returns and repairs, managing stock levels, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process arcade machine parts for repair and manage returns from customers
  • Raise credits for returned goods and coordinate returns to suppliers
  • Receive and inspect incoming orders, verify against documentation, and update stock control systems
  • Label products and prepare courier collection labels for returns
  • Perform regular stock counts and return repaired items to stock
  • Investigate and resolve stock-related queries accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues via email and phone regarding orders, stock, and logistics
  • Assist the dispatch team in preparing and sending goods
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support general housekeeping duties
  • Carry out other tasks as reasonably requested to support operational needs
