We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our arcade, delivering excellent guest experiences and leading the team on site.
Main Duties:
- Take responsibility for site operations in the absence of the Resort Amusement Manager
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries and initial complaints
- Support all areas of the arcade (floor, prize shop, attractions, events)
- Supervise team members, provide training, and support recruitment and performance management
- Complete rotas, timekeeping checks, team briefings, and daily administration
- Ensure accurate cash handling, transactions, banking, and stock control
- Monitor machine performance, report faults, and oversee replenishment and cleanliness
- Assist with promotions and drive local business opportunities
- Ensure the site is opened/closed correctly and runs efficiently each shift
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing, gambling, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security
- Ensure correct procedures for incidents, visitors, and customer access (including Under 25 policy)
- Work within budgets and support overall site performance
