We are seeking a hardworking, self‑motivated cleaner to carry out detailed cleaning of arcade machines to a consistently high standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards, while representing both the site and the company in a professional manner at all times.

Location: Namco Funscape, MetroCentre

Working Hours: 5 days per week, 12–15 hours per week, Between 10:00am and 4:00pm

Key Duties:

  • Cleaning all machine exteriors
  • Cleaning inside machines
  • Cleaning surrounding areas (including sweeping underneath machines and cleaning adjacent walls)
  • Detailed cleaning of machines
  • High‑level cleaning of machines
  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Sanitising
  • Mopping
  • Safe use of cleaning chemicals
  • Waste management
  • Reporting maintenance or safety issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all duties in accordance with training provided
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed accurately
  • Comply with all Health and Safety legislation at all times
  • Comply with all Food Hygiene regulations where applicable
  • Handle all visitors appropriately (e.g. police, enforcement officers, contractors, company representatives)
  • Report any incidents to management immediately
  • Ensure all back‑office areas are kept secure at all times
  • Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management
