The Role
This newly created role is central to delivering the integration of newly acquired businesses and unifying how we operate as one firm. You will be responsible for aligning systems, processes, and ways of working across the business ensuring teams can operate seamlessly together. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a purely strategic or advisory position.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Delivery
- Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into the firm
- Coordinate activity across teams to align systems, processes, and workflows
- Act as the central point of ownership for integration delivery
- Systems & Process Alignment
- Assess current systems (e.g. IRIS, CCH, Karbon, TaxCalc and related tools)
- Map end-to-end workflows across service lines
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and barriers to cross-team working
- Standardisation
- Define and implement standard processes across the firm
- Drive consistency in client workflows, data, and reporting
- Support decisions on system consolidation or integration
- Implementation
- Deliver system improvements, migrations, and configuration changes
- Work directly within systems to build and improve workflows
- Coordinate with software vendors and external partners where needed
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work across all departments to ensure alignment and delivery
- Manage dependencies, issues, and priorities across multiple workstreams
- Maintain momentum and ensure progress against integration plans
- Change & Adoption
- Support teams through changes to systems and processes
- Deliver training and guidance where required
- Ensure new ways of working are embedded and adopted

About You
Essential
- Experience within an accountancy firm or professional services environment
- Proven experience delivering system, process, or integration projects
- Hands-on experience with practice systems (e.g. IRIS, CCH, Karbon, Xero ecosystem or similar)
- Strong track record of taking ownership and delivering outcomes
