This newly created role is central to delivering the integration of newly acquired businesses and unifying how we operate as one firm. You will be responsible for aligning systems, processes, and ways of working across the business ensuring teams can operate seamlessly together.
- Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into the firm
- Drive consistency in client workflows, data, and reporting
- Deliver system improvements, migrations, and configuration changes
- Coordinate with software vendors and external partners where needed
