Role Overview
The role is based at the Liverpool LS Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm.
The Difference You Make
You will be the face and voice of Santander, acting as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of £24,000 plus a £500 annual cash allowance.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, which increase to 26 days after 5 years of service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.

- We contribute 8 % of salary to your pension and may contribute up to 12.5 % if you contribute, with an optional cash option.
