THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Commercial Clients is looking for a Relationship Manager based out of Belfast. You’ll help look after our portfolio of clients based across Northern Ireland, utilising our full range of digital tools alongside direct telephony and video channels. The work you do will directly impact on UK SMEs and your support can help businesses to succeed. You will own the full relationship with your customers and it’s therefore critical that you’re passionate, driven, and enthusiastic – you must be willing to take on a challenge and make a difference.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. Whilst some Relationship Managers fulfil more specialist roles than others, every single member of the team shares responsibility for every client in our portfolio.

Each Relationship Manager is required to consider all five of the following priorities: delighting more clients, growing the business, improving the business, improving the risk profile, and developing & engaging our people.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Become a fundamental part of a team delivering our digitally enhanced Relationship Management proposition to a large portfolio of UK SME clients.
  • Help us continue to understand our clients better; build insight through data and technology whilst maintaining a personalised approach, so we can deliver a client experience that’s second to none.
  • Directly contact clients to identify and win new opportunities to deepen relationships, especially with growing internationally active businesses.
  • Potentially complete end-to-end lending applications to support clients’ requests for funding support, including the consolidation and analysis of financial accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase the team’s productivity, maximise efficiencies and drive simplification.
  • Embrace our proactive and inherently diligent risk culture; applying the highest standards to credit and conduct risk management, ensuring we keep the bank safe and treat all customers fairly.
  • Contribute to our proactive and collaborative environment, taking an active role in building a positive, open, and inclusive culture.

Salary Range: £41,808.00 - £62,712.00 per annum (depending on experience). This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.

£500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits.

27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5 years service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
