Overview

The Marketing & Communications team designs, executes and monitors the marketing, internal communications and social media plans in line with the SCIB business strategy and corporate brand guidelines. You will support planning, coordinating and delivering a wide range of corporate events, including client conferences, digital investor meetings, client hospitality and webinars.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end event management, including strategy, planning, execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Manage event budgets, supplier negotiations, contracts, and venue sourcing.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including catering, demonstrations and virtual event requirements.
  • Manage event registration platforms and CRM applications.
  • Ensure consistency of approach, adherence to best practices, and maintenance of high event management standards.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications and Skills)

  • Previous marketing and event management experience ideally within Financial Services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities, manage supplier relationships and budgets/invoicing.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business.
  • Results- and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A hands-on and solution-driven attitude.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK/Europe at least once per month for 2/3 days.
  • Desirable: Experience with Salesforce marketing; Fluency in Spanish or other European languages.

Based at our offices in Triton Square, London, within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.
