Reporting into the Digital Product Manager, the key purpose of the role is to support the delivery and ongoing management of the company’s digital point of sale (POS) system, that in turn supports Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) & Dealer partners, customers and the wider HCUK business. The primary role of a Digital Coordinator is to plan, execute and document the testing of new applications, functionality, API integrations and small change requests prior to their launch into the live environment.

Work closely with the Digital & Innovation Director, Digital Product Manager, Digital Product Specialists, and partner agencies to analyse requirements, design / technical specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios, test objectives, acceptance criteria and timing plans.

Planning and budgetary control

Work with relevant stakeholders to plan, prioritise and manage multiple test activities to support on-time delivery of projects, in line with department budget.

Technical Knowledge

Develop and maintain a sound technical understanding of the POS System, related applications, relevant data sources, logic and Finance API/Calc integrations.

Carry out any other tasks from time to time as may reasonably be requested.

Competitive base salary depending upon expertise, range of £38,000 - £42,000. Eligibility for annual bonus, up to 15%. 27 days holiday per annum plus.
