Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Kirkwall Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, helping with technology in the banking hall, and protecting customers against fraud.
You will build relationships, resolve queries, and develop knowledge of Santander products to improve the customer experience.
