As a Branch Manager, you oversee the branch\’s performance and daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, achievement of financial goals, and operational efficiency. You will lead and coach a team, manage sales activities, deepen customer relationships, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 3+ years in retail bank sales management or related operations; or 5+ years in retail sales management; or 12+ months with Santander in a related role.
- Proven sales leadership, relationship-building, and customer-centric skills.
- Leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage digital tools and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.
