Experienced Assistant Manager required for a busy Italian restaurant in Glasgow\’s up and coming south side.
We have an opening for an experienced individual with a hands on approach, looking for a new opportunity to progress their career, helping to develop and drive the business as well as maintaining high standards & structure.
Working alongside the Owner/ Manager, responsibilities will include:
* Stock Control & Budget Management
* Ensuring Relevant Health & Safety Protocols are up to date
* Staff Training & Development
* Assisting with Implementing Social Media Campaigns
As well as daily running of the restaurant, opening & closing procedures
Our ideal candidate will be somebody with:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in fast paced restaurants
* Ability to effectively manage & develop staff
* Pro active nature, thinking \’out side the box\’ & generating new ideas
* Thrive in a busy, high pressure environment
With a background in bar & knowledge of Italian cuisine being advantageous.
