Lo que harás:
- Visitar clientes en diferentes zonas para colocar microcréditos que impulsan sus negocios.
- Gestionar el recaudo de cartera con cercanía y responsabilidad.
- Construir relaciones de confianza con microempresarios que creen en ti y en el Banco.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
- Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante universitario desde quinto semestre (modalidad virtual o a distancia).
- Carreras administrativas, comerciales, financieras o rural agropecuarias.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas externas, en roles como TAT, mercaderista, mercaimpulsador o preventista (productos tangibles o intangibles).
- Deseable Vehículo propio y disponibilidad para movilizarte dentro de la zona asignada.
Condiciones laborales:
- Contrato a término fijo, directamente con el Banco.
- Horario: lunes a sábado, jornada completa.
- Durante formación: SMMLV.
- Una vez certificado: $2.138.060 (ajustable según políticas internas).
- Auxilio extralegal de rodamiento entre $300.000 y $619.000, según cartera asignada.
- Bonificaciones por cumplimiento + prestaciones de ley.
